A few weeks ago I took a week long West Texas road trip with some girlfriends. I started with a night in Austin & then we went to Big Bend area for two nights before heading to Marfa for two nights. It was such a wonderful trip & I can’t wait to go back with the hubs, soon. It is so beautiful, serene, & peaceful.

Last week I crossed a destination off my travel bucket list that has been on it for years. I finally made the road trip journey to Marfa, Texas! It started with a night in Austin & then a few nights in Big Bend, which I’ll share more about soon. After several months at home, it was finally time for a little getaway. Because we are still trying to stay smart & keep our distance, we decided a road trip would be best! I first visited Nashville on a girl’s weekend trip in November of 2017 with a few of my blogger friends. It was love at first visit. I came back telling my husband that Nashville had made it’s way into one of the few places I could see myself living outside of Dallas. I loved the vibe of the city.
