I’m not usually a pink girl. I’m cool with the color for flowers, but I don’t gravitate towards wearing it very often. I have one bright pink dress that I love, but have only worn it for bachelorette trips or trips out of town, as it’s fun to gear away from my usual choices when on vacation. When Pantone named Rose Quartz as one of their colors of the year, I was feelin it. I bought a metallic nail polish in this color a few months ago and have been loving it. I like that it’s more subtle and in the peach family. I’ve purchased a few things in this color already and am going to continue to try and branch out from my love of neutrals. It’s fun to add in color from time to time! What better time to add in a little from the pink family than around Valentine’s Day, too?!
When a local photographer, makeup artist, and hairstylist reached out to me to do a collaboration, I knew I wanted to wear this dress for it. When I sent them a picture, they all agreed! I love the high neck on it. To add a little edge to it, I paired it with a pair of snakeskin heels. Keep scrolling for more pictures from our collaboration and for details about my outfit + each of their work.
This was such a fun collaboration! If you’re looking for a makeup artist, hair stylist, or photographer in the Dallas area– I could not recommend each of these ladies enough. They were so talented and so fun to work with, which for me is always an added bonus. Check out their pages and get more info about their services below:
