I have been wanting to start a tablescape series on the blog for awhile now & kicking it off with my favorite season just before the holidays get into full swing seemed like the perfect time. I always love hosting people & making the table decor festive, so I thought I may as well put together some blog posts & even videos (both on YouTube & Instagram‘s IGTV) for you all on how I do them. Today I’ll be starting with a Fall tablescape & will be working on a Thanksgiving tablescape, Christmas, NYE, & more soon! Please let me know if you have any specific requests. I have so many fun ideas for them, but would love to hear your ideas to ensure you’re getting what you want, too!

FALL TABLESCAPE

I’m breaking down more about my fall tablescape, including links to shop everything for you all below. I have a fun video sharing more about all of the items, too! To shop any of the furniture or tablescape items linked below, simply click on any of the product photos & you’ll be taken straight to that page.

I wanted to do a sort of moody, yet festive tablescape for Fall, so I tied in some mini white pumpkins with deep burgundy linen napkins & florals paired with black salad plates & black vases with dried eucalyptus. I got the dried eucalyptus HERE & the pumpkins & florals from Trader Joe’s. I used our stemless wine glasses & every day dinner plates. I love that they are oversized & the gold rim is such a fun touch. I went with a gold charger to tie in the gold & to add a little glam! These drinking glasses are new c/o Vietri. We also have the shorter version! I think they are so pretty.

Our dining room stays slightly put together in the day today with a table runner, some candlesticks & taper candles, & some sort of florals or a succulent. Our table is expandable with leaves (or you could even make it smaller by taking the one I have in here out), which I love for company. It’s a tight squeeze in this space, but it’s nice to have the option. We have a mix of modern, industrial, & glam between the mid century style wooden table, the metal chair, & the oversized mirror. I think the light fixture sort of ties it all together. The mirror is one of my favorite things in our home & comes in a few finishes & sizes.

TABLESCAPE BTS VIDEO

Below is my tablescape BTS video showing you all a better look at the behind the scenes of putting it together. I’m also talking a little more about some of the items. I always think video gives you a better glimpse into things, which is why I’ve been doing more of them lately! Hopefully you all like it & find it helpful.

If you’re liking all the videos, be sure to subscribe to my (very new) YouTube channel & follow along on Instagram if you aren’t already so you can watch my IGTV. I’m posting them all in both places for now, but they usually go up on YouTube first so you can get a sneak peak there.
