This top isn’t what I normally gravitate towards. The florals and ruffle sleeves make it very much on the girly side. However, the darker navy color, the lower neckline, and the tie front detail give it a little edge. I’m actually loving all things that tie right now! It’s such a fun little detail for tops, dresses, rompers, and even swimsuits. I’ll be talking more about this trend and sharing my favorite tie front pieces next week! I styled this top with these jeans, which are hands down my favorite right now, for a more casual date night look. They are high waisted, so comfortable, and hug in all the right places. I love the frayed edge and the little bit of distressing on them. I threw on a statement earring, white heels, and my favorite white clutch to bring out the whites in the florals and keep it fresh for Summer.

As you all read this I am several days into my honeymoon with my new husband! As I write it, I’m waiting to board our plane to even get over to Italy. Planning ahead people, that’s the key!
