I love darker colors in the cooler months, but I especially love to contrast with them. I love having a mostly neutral or dark outfit and adding in a bold fall color like teal, burgundy or red, emerald green, or in this case, gold. I hope you all have had a great week so far! It’s a four day work week for me, as I had Monday off as a ‘fair day.’ I used it as a day to get organized around our new place! I’m bummed because a few things I’ve ordered for it are backordered, so I’ll be waiting to get it fully finished it seems. I’ll share with you all along the way as it comes together though! I do always think things look best when they are done as a process rather than so quickly put together, so hopefully thats the case here, too! I have a fun event tonight at the newly renovated Adolphus Hotel downtown to check out all the new decor and their new spa, followed by dinner at the new City Hall Bistro that I’ve been so excited to try. Yay for it almost being Friday! XO
