Holiday Tablescape

Holiday Tablescape ideas via A Lo Profile

With Christmas just a week away (whaaat?!) I thought it was time to talk holiday tablescape ideas. We were finally able to upgrade to a real dining table now that we are in a bigger place, so this was the first year I really got to decorate. We also have a lot of new fun dishes, flatware, and serving pieces that I couldn’t wait to use! I love having friends over and hosting people, and putting together a beautiful tablescape is such a fun part of that. I’m linking everything you see in ours at the bottom of this post!

If you’ve been following me for awhile, it is nothing new that I gravitate towards neutrals, even in my home decor. I love to use mostly neutrals with metallic accents and just a little bit of color from accessories. I approached our holiday tablescape with a similar mindset so it went with our overall decor style! I have black and white stripe accents in a few things around our home from a photo frame and a little keepsake box in our living room, to ribbon on our tree, so I knew these napkins would be perfect when I saw them. Plus, you can use them other times of year besides Christmas. Our dishes have gold accents and our flatware is gold, so I knew that gold chargers would match perfectly. I used a huge oversized serving board we got as a wedding gift in the center of our table and used some Christmas garland that had tiny pinecones and a few red berry accents in the middle. I ordered these candlestick holders recently and love them! I can use most of these items through the year just by switching out my greenery in the middle or adding florals.

I wore this fun little green swing dress for the occasion. I love the tie and scrunch detail on the sleeves! You can wear this with heels, over-the-knee boots, or booties. It’s easier to layer over or under and is super comfortable. Plus, a flowy dress like this is always ideal for meals when you know you’re going to be eating a lot! Grab this dress now, because it is currently 50% off!

We had some of our friends over last week to enjoy all this amazing holiday food! Eatzis, which is a local grab-and-go type restaurant and marketplace here in Dallas, was kind enough to provide us with all of this amazing food. You’ve probably seen their mac-and-cheese on my Instagram stories before, because it is one of my favorites. Keep an eye on my Instagram tonight, because I am giving away three $50 gift cards to Eatzi’s!! If you live in Dallas, visit often, or just know someone who lives here, this is an amazing giveaway! They have holiday menus you can order from if you don’t feel like cooking and everything is always so delicious! We had everything from mini crabcakes to classic holiday dressing to dessert with edible gold. If you are having family come in town or friends over, this is such an easy way to have a delicious, homestyle holiday meal without all the stress!

Below is everything I used to put together our tablescape or similar items if the exact one wasn’t available. These candlestick holders would make such great last minute gifts for anyone who loves home decor, too. I’m also linking our dining furniture for you all!

I had so much fun putting together a festive tablescape and can’t wait to continue to share them with you all for different holidays! Many of you have been asking for more home content so I want to share it with you as we get it more of our new place in order. We ordered this 7 foot tall mirror in gold for our dining room, but are waiting on it to be delivered because it is backordered. That is the last big piece we need for our home so in the mean time I am trying to get all the little details in order. I’ll share it all with you as soon as it’s complete!

I hope this provided you with some inspiration for your own holiday tablescape for next week! XO
