Do you ever get bored wearing something expected? While I love a classic LBD as much as the next girl, sometimes I want to dress outside of the box. With wedding season just around the corner, or potentially already in full swing, I thought it was a great time to share some different outfit ideas that you can wear to weddings instead of a LBD or every day cocktail dress with you all. I love wearing something a little nontraditional when possible and wearing jumpsuits for weddings is the perfect way to add a little variety into what you wear this wedding season. Today, I’m sharing one jumpsuit dressed up and a roundup of tons of cute jumpsuit options for you all to shop! I’m even sharing a few cute ideas for the bride-to-be, too.
I saw this gorgeous jumpsuit and died over it. I reached out to Misha Collection and asked if they would send it to me and luckily, they agreed. I knew this was a piece that I would wear again and again and would always make a statement. I wanted to originally wear it for the RewardStyle Conference finale party, but I didn’t get it in time. The attire was cocktail and I thought wearing a jumpsuit over a dress would be the perfect way to stand out in a room full of fashion bloggers! I ended up wearing a red blazer dress, which red is always a great way to stand out, too. When this jumpsuit came in I was just as obsessed as I thought I’d be. I knew I wanted to wear it to some event, so I have it saved in mind for a wedding we’re going to next month. I can’t wait! I love the color of it because its the most perfect ‘blush’ color in my opinion. Not too pink, but not too neutral that you’re washed out. It also comes in a few other colors!
This brand, Misha Collection, makes such gorgeous, unique pieces that are perfect for so many occasions when you’d want to look your best. If you haven’t heard of them, you definitely need to check them out. They sell them on a few of my favorite sites like Revolve and Shopbop, but you can also order directly from their site. The fit on this particular jumpsuit is amazing. Silk materials like this can be tricky to wear because they show every little thing, but I think the folds in it hit at all the right places to make it flattering and easy to move in. Plus, the belt is the perfect way to accentuate your waist and tie the look together! If it’s a little too low cut for you, a white bralette would be a great addition or you can use fashion tape to make sure it all stays in place. I wore little petals underneath in lieu of a bra. All of their clothes fit this great, too. They are an Australian brand, so I always size up to ensure it fits great. This jumpsuit is a size four for reference.
I’ve rounded up all the cutest jumpsuits for weddings from some of my go to online shops for you all below. The key with wearing a jumpsuit to a wedding is to make sure that it’s on the dressier side. I’d avoid a cotton or everyday fabric jumpsuit and instead opt for richer or nicer fabrics. Also, pair your jumpsuit with dressier accessories like stiletto heels, clutches, and statement jewelry. This helps keep the jumpsuit dressed up. You can wear a jumpsuit for almost any wedding, but as always, be sure to check the dress code and consider where and when the wedding is when you plan out your outfit. If you find yourself at an outside wedding in heels and need to make it easier to walk on the grass, consider these heel savers. I gave them to all the women at my wedding in their welcome bags and they are life savers!

I love the even a black jumpsuit gives a fresh take on a classic black look for a wedding. It’s classic enough, but gives the perfect amount of edge or uniqueness to a look that helps you stand out a little bit. I get so much good use out of black jumpsuits every time I wear them, too. I love a good blue or red one, too.
And because Misha Collection just makes so many darn beautiful and unique pieces, I thought I’d round up a few favorites that would be perfect for any of you brides to be out there. I wore a jumpsuit for my rehearsal dinner and loved it! The white jumpsuit below would be perfect for a rehearsal dinner, a shower, or even a getaway outfit.

I hope you all had a wonderful weekend! Mine was so relaxing and I loved it. I got a Clear and Brilliant treatment at Enlighten MD later in the week last week, so my skin was kinda in recovery mode and I needed to avoid the sun, so I used it as an excuse to stay at home, relax, and catch up on my to do list. You may recall me talking about other treatments I got at Enlighten before like Dermaplaning and a Photofacial. I’ll absolutely be doing a full review of my Clear and Brilliant treatment later this week or next, too so stay tuned! I’ve had friends who have gotten this done before with them and absolutely loved the results, so I can’t wait to see mine!
During our lazy weekend at home we watched the show 7 Seconds on Netflix and started the show The Killing. The psych-nerd inside of me absolutely loves crime, psych-thriller type shows and these both fall into this category. We stayed up late watching The Killing because we were hooked! Both shows are great if you’re needed new ones to binge. There is just one season of 7 Seconds, but there are four of The Killing. We also caught up on Billions, which is an awesome show on Showtime if you haven’t started it yet. This next week is another really busy one at work. The kids are taking the state test for several days this week, which means I’m often catching up on paperwork and reports in my office. I leave for Boston on Thursday afternoon for a weekend away with the hubs. I’ve been before, but he never has so I’m so excited to visit with him. I went one summer in college with my family, so I’m excited to go back and visit as an adult.
I hope all of your weeks get off to a great start! In case you missed it, be sure to check out my favorite summer slides from last week and the cutest embroidered denim jacket and a little carefree mindset it inspired, too. XO
Oh my, I’m speechless, you look impressive here!
