Little White Dress

LWD via A Lo ProfileI think I love a Little White Dress even more than a Little Black Dress. Every summer when tons of new white dresses in endless silhouettes hit the stores I want to buy them all. However, because I often find myself shopping for dresses that can be worn to weddings in the summer, I remember I must exercise restraint. I may only buy one… or two. Possibly three, but they have to be different! This one I had to have because it is so light and airy. It can also be dressed up or down and layered with jackets for different temperatures. Since I am spending my summer traveling, I thought this LWD would be the perfect addition to my wardrobe. I don’t believe in fashion rules. Particularly the ‘no white after labor day’ rule (unless it’s being applied to sandals), so I knew I would get a lot of good wear out of this dress. I paired this LWD with a black heel with white details so it wasn’t so harsh. While I chose simple jewelry, this dress works great with statement pieces as well. White is one of my favorite clothing colors because it’s like a blank canvas for accessories.LWD via A Lo Profile
