I’ve been wanting to include more video content across my channels & include more health & wellness content. I was brainstorming one day with my friend Katie, @kttheyogi, who also happens to be a yoga teacher & certified in meditation. We both had an open weekend while our husband’s were preoccupied with Fantasy Football drafts, so we decided it was the perfect time to both get out of our comfort zones & make a video of a morning yoga flow. Today, I’m sharing our morning yoga flow video that you all can watch again & again to start your morning out right.

I’ve been so excited to share this video with you all! It’s not the best in terms of quality, but the content is great. Katie is the most calming presence & has such a passion for what she does. It truly radiates out of her! Katie has helped me learn to love slowing down. I love any yoga class led by her! Because I know not all of you are Dallas based & may never be able to take her classes, I wanted to create a video with her so that you all could experience the benefits of slowing down, taking some time to get your body moving, & spending some time breathing to start your day off on a positive note.
