I was so excited to style this splatter print dress. Okay, so it’s not technically splatter print. They are mountains, butttt I love it. I’m so often a neutral or solid girl. But, when I find a print that I like, I know I need to just go for it. I paired this one with my current favorite blue velvet booties for a little edgy twist. It’d also be great dressed up whether for work, a rehearsal dinner, or even a date night. I love that it fit me a little oversized, because it was so comfortable. The button detail on the back and the mini turtle neck added some fun details to this dress, too. I paired it with a statement earring to give it a little glam factor. I love how the purple tones of the clear jewels picked up the blues and purples in the dress. The price point on this dress at under $75 is great, too. Especially because to me, the chiffon quality makes it seem as though it should cost more. If you haven’t heard of Dezzal or seen my last post on their site, then make sure you check them out. There are so many great pieces that you don’t find a lot of other places, which I love.

This past weekend we spent time in Fayetteville, Arkansas for the Arkansas vs. Alabama game. While we might not have won the game, we had such a fun weekend with friends. Fayetteville is my Neverland. I always feel so carefree and have such a good time going back. There are so many things I love about that city and it makes me so happy to spend time in it with the people I love. We’ll be back in just a few weeks for a wedding. I love going on off-weekends too because I can hit up my favorite restaurants that might otherwise be too packed on game weekends. The only thing missing was our sweet pup, Maddie. She gets fixed this coming weekend so we’ll be nursing on her all weekend I’m sure. I have today off so as I right this we are cuddled up on the couch together watching Fixer Upper. After too many slices of pizza and other indulgences this weekend, I did a double workout with a girlfriend. First, an awesome full body workout to tone up, then a yoga class to stretch it all out. I got to run errands and clean the house without feeling rushed or stressed too. Plus, it finally feels like Fall in Dallas! All and all, a perfect Monday following a super fun weekend. I hope yours was just as wonderful.
