Raw edge denim is one of Fall’s biggest trends. While I’m still on the hunt for the perfect pair of jeans, I found this dress to satisfy my fringed end needs. I dressed it up with black heeled booties and a red lip, but it’d be just as great worn with sneakers. It’s a really easy, comfortable dress to throw on and go. Not only does it have pockets, but it’s only $20. Yup! What a steal. I threw on a choker which gave this some 90s vibes that I’m seriously loving.

I mentioned these booties last week in this post, but if you missed it– they really are the most comfortable heeled bootie I’ve ever owned. I wore them ALL day last Saturday and did plenty of standing and walking around a stadium during a football game. They also come in a tan color. I’m considering snagging those, too because doesn’t every girl need more heels that she can wear without her feet hurting?
Arkansas (my Alma Mater) played Texas A&M at Cowboy’s stadium this past weekend, so we had a lot of friends in town for the game. We’ve started a tradition of getting together at friend’s before and then taking party buses out to the stadium. There were about 80 of us between two buses this year and even more than that tailgating during the day. It’s so fun for all of us living in Dallas to have a game here each year! If you haven’t been to Cowboy’s stadium before, it’s a must visit. We lost the game, but still had a great time! The Cowboy’s won yesterday and I won my fantasy football match up this week, so 2/3 victories isn’t bad if you ask me! We’re planning to go up for a game in Fayetteville, Arkansas in the next few weeks, so hopefully the Hogs have better luck then! Yesterday was an oh so lazy Sunday and included some much needed time to relax with our sweet little pup. Maddie has been sneezing a lot lately so if she doesn’t get better soon we’ll be taking her to see the vet. If you have any remedies for pups and colds or allergies– please pass them along!
