Happy Friday my friends! I’m oh so happy to see the weekend upon us again. Even more exciting is an upcoming weekend trip I’ll be taking with one of my besties to warmer weather in a few weeks. The second I know I’m going on a trip, I start wardrobe planning. Since we’re off to somewhere warm, I keep looking at alllll the cute Spring clothes that are coming out. I have so many things in my cart that I am ready to purchase, so I wanted to share some top picks with you all! Today’s Friday Favorites post is all about my Resort and Spring favs.
I absolutely love the turn of a season. It’s a time to refresh, reevaluate, and restock your closet. I love to change up my wardrobe a bit and add some fresh, new pieces to it. I love so many of these pieces! I’m starting with accessories and moving from there to stock my closet for the looming warmer weather. Which piece are you dying for? That floral maxi dress with the slit is just screaming my name.
I had really good intentions of holding out wine the rest of the week (well, after Tuesday and my post-Whole 30 celebration), buttttt, that didn’t happen. Yesterday was just one of those days that starts off on the wrong foot and never stops. I spilled my entire latte in the morning ALL over the kitchen and my jacket. I dropped and shattered make up. I ran out the door without breakfast. I got a parking ticket. You know those days. When it rains, it pours! It ended on a fine night at home on the couch with wine and chocolate and my sweet little family, though. Plus, today is Friday so all is well. #alwaysendonapro. I hope that whatever you all have planned this weekend, that it is just what you need to relax and refresh. We’re having date night at a favorite Tex Mex spot tonight and then probably binge watching some more Netflix. Currently, we’re rewatching Mad Men.
