We made it through another week! Now that Labor Day is behind us, I feel like it is officially time for fall which I am so excited about. I mean, think about Emmett next to a pumpkin or at a pumpkin patch – heart melts. We are getting so close to our home gym being complete so you’ll definitely start to see more workout content from me once I get the official green light from my doc! I am excited to get back into that groove. Posting the content helps keep me accountable and hopefully helps inspire you guys too! What’re your guys’ plans for fall?
