Valentine’s Day Tablescape

Last week was the week of Valentine’s Day content in preparation for the upcoming holiday. I shared gifts for women, gifts for men, home decor, night in outfits, & night out outfits. To keep with the VDay theme & inspo, I’m finishing off my content for Cupid’s favorite holiday with a Valentine’s Day tablescape. I love creating tablescapes as you may have noticed from my Fall tablescape or my NYE post, so I’ll use any holiday or season as an excuse to come up with a new one. Be sure to read to the end of this post, because I have a fun VDay giveaway for you all to enter to win!

Valentine’s Day Tablescape

I was inspired by blush or a rosé color for this Valentine’s Day tablescape. I wanted it to be light & simple, but still festive. I think I achieved just that! Switching up your florals, candlestick holders, & napkins make such a difference. I repurpose my chargers, plates, flatwear, & glassware as much as possible– because those tend to cost much more. I approach a tablescape the same way I approach home decor, splurge on bigger pieces that you can use for years to come & spend less on smaller items that you can switch up more often.

I almost always find my affordable flowers at Trade Joe’s. Red roses feel a little too obvious to me, so I went with these blush with coral ends. I think they are so pretty! They work perfectly with the rosé in the wine glasses, the blush napkins, the beautiful glass candle holders, & the napkin rings. I actually got these napkin rings awhile ago & have held on to them because I love them. They are so unique & the tassels on them are so pretty! I love blush & gold together, so I’m pleased with how this turned out. Our plates have a gold metallic rim which is so subtle & pretty. We have the matching salad plates, bowls, & mugs, too.

I hope this inspires you all if you are having a Valentine’s Day in this year. I have so much fun putting tablescapes together! It makes your dining room feel different throughout the year & is so easy to do. If you find yourself getting bored with the decor, I highly recommend switching up what goes on the table & it will feel fresh & new again. I’ll work on a spring tablescape to share with you all next month, but feel free to reach out with any specific requests you have, soon!
