Wine for Fall

Happy Friday! I’m currently in one of my favorite cities of all time, but couldn’t let that stop me from sharing my weekly Friday Favorites post with you all. Today, it’s all about wine for fall. Instead of focusing on my usual adult beverage of choice, today when I’m talking about wine, I’m focusing on wine or burgundy colored clothing and accessories.

I feel like every season has a popular color or one that just emulates that time of year. Summer is definitely and fall’s most popular color has to be burgundy. Any deep red or wine color is perfect this time of year! My Alma Mater’s color is red (Arkansas) so I wear red a lot this time of year, but I especially love the deeper shades right now. I like adding a little bit of this color into outfits whenever I can, but I also think its awesome to style either a full burgundy monochrome look or add in several pieces in a deep red shade to compliment each other.

I’ve rounded up the cutest burgundy pieces from all of my favorite online stores for you all below. To shop any of the wine clothing or accessories below, simply click on any of the photos and you’ll be taken to that product’s page. There are items in every price range, but most are under $100.

Which piece catches your eye the most? I already have the deep red bag the the top, but I love the smaller one, too. I definitely want a pair of my favorite faux leather leggings in burgundy and a leather or faux leather mini skirt. I absolutely love burgundy booties, too!

The Weekly Lo Down by A Lo Profile

  1. Don’t forget to check out my post rounding up the best of Shopbop’s buy more, save more sale happening right now. This is one of the best times to stock up on a few items you’ve been eyeing and know you’ll need for the next few months.
  2. Restoration Hardware opened a store in New York and oh my it is gorgeous. They have a restaurant, wine and cocktail bar, and a park at the store also and everything of course, looks impeccable. Hoping I have time to swing by here when I am in NYC this weekend.
  3. Hopefully you saw my Fall athleisure guide earlier this week on the blog. If not, and you’re in the need for new activewear, definitely check it out. Of all the items on it, I think hands down I’d recommend buying these leggings. They come in several colors (I have them in two) and I just ordered them in another earlier this week. They are so comfortable and so great for wearing to work out or just lounging around.
  4. I keep getting so many questions about my newest Apple watch band. It comes in several colors/finishes and I love how it dresses up the watch for night time looks. I’ll be giving one of these away on Instagram in the next week or so, so stay tuned and be sure you’re following me to have a chance to win!
  5. Just found this cami that is a great and more affordable alternative to the Cami NYC ones. It comes in two classic colors and I love the lace detail.
  6. Hoping to venture to Brooklyn this weekend while in NYC so I can pop in one of my favorite little jewelry shops. This is where I get all of my dainty, stackable jewelry. I have nine pieces from them that you may have seen me linking on my outfits regularly because I wear them every day. I want to add a few more to my collection!
  7. Speaking of jewelry, I added another ring to my collection this past week. I got it in sapphire and rose gold and I am absolutely obsessed with it! I love this brand for more splurge worthy jewelry. I also absolutely LOVE this one!
  8. Currently crushing on this cashmere sweater that is actually a great price. I love the tie detail on it and the color is the perfect neutral.
  9. I needed some new travel bags and pouches, so I ordered some that you can monogram or customize from this site. I also love this site and want to order a few from here, too so I can mix and match the colors and styles. Both have tons of colors and everything from tote bags to makeup pouches to phone cases, so you can find whatever you need! I love these as gifts, too. C needs some new travel bags, so I’m going to order him some, too.
  10. You can see some recaps of my last two trips to NYC here and here, but I’ll be composing all my favs from past trips into an easy to reference city guide for you all soon! NYC is a city I know I’ll come back to again and again, so I think it’s best to have everything in one place to easily reference and update. If you’re traveling soon and need inspo, be sure to check out my travel section for other city guides. I’ve recently shared them for Chicago, Seattle, and Paris but have them for cities all over that we’ve visited.

Whatever you all are up to this weekend, I hope it is fabulous! Thank you for stopping by to spend some of it with me. Be sure to follow along on Instagram and stories to see all the fun from NYC. XO
