If you haven’t noticed, the bodysuit is back. I recently posted a striped one under overalls here and since then can’t stop adding them to my wardrobe. Don’t fear this basic, as it can be your new best friend. It’s so easy to layer with- under shorts, skirts, pants, sweaters.. the possibilities really are endless. The key is finding a good fitting body suit that hugs everything in juuuust right. With that said, let me introduce you to Jewel Toned. They have so many color and style choices of body suits. I’m wearing the rockin’ shapewear bodysuit in this photo. The best part? No other undergarments are needed. It serves as your undies and has a built in bra that provides great support. I love that this body suit is seamless and holds it all in to create a classic look under this suede moto jacket. This is the exact bodysuit I’m wearing and it is available online here.
Speaking of my jacket.. don’t you just love the moto trend for Fall? I love the sense of edginess and suede is the perfect transitional fabric. I’ve been living in this jacket c/o Sans Souci Stores. It’s actually vegan suede and is a bargain at under $80. Snag this exact jacket here (it also comes in black) or shop the trend below (including one that comes in FIVE amazing colors). I got these distressed, released/raw hemmed jeans a few weeks ago and have been living in them. I sized up because I was really wanting a pair of jeans that just felt good no matter when you put them on. I love them– especially the hem. I’m now searching for the perfect black pair with a raw hem but that aren’t distressed so I can get away with them at work.
You’ll soon notice that these sunglasses and handbag that are my latest purchases of each will be on repeat. I’ve been eyeing both for awhile and finally pulled the trigger. I’m so glad I finally did. I should have started investing in round sunnies a long time ago. I love the way they fit my face and the instant cool factor they add to any outfit. These come in every color combo imaginable.
Is anyone else feeling extra slugg-ish this Monday morning? It was so bright outside when I left the house. I can’t decide if I should try using the extra sunlight to switch up my workout routine and start doing it in the morning. I’ll be honest, I’m really not a fan of it getting darker earlier outside. I am so affected by light and weather that it makes me seem more tired and a little less peppy when my evenings feel like they are cut short. What are your tips for pushing through the effects of daylight savings?
Thank you to Jewel Toned for sponsoring this post!
