Third Trimester Essentials

Whew! The third trimester sure is the home stretch of pregnancy. The days of nausea from the first trimester seem like a very distant memory & so does the happy middle of the second trimester. They’ve been replaced by being constantly out of breath, so much swelling, & difficulty getting comfortable in just about any position. There are some items that have been tride & true to get me through all of pregnancy & some new things that have become third trimester essentials. I’m rounding up all of them for you today to help you get through the final months of pregnancy!

Third Trimester Essentials

Below are my third trimester essentials. The collage is shoppable, so you can click on any image & you’ll be taken straight to that product’s page.

As you can tell, there is a definite theme here with things that help with swelling & sleep! I am so thankful my doctor suggested I take Unisom to help me sleep at night. I honestly would not have survived the last few months without it. Obvi ask yours if it’s okay for you before taking! The calm gummies & compression socks have helped me so much with restless leg syndrome & leg cramps that were either keeping me or waking me up. Hear me when I say you NEED the ice slippers. Especially if you find yourself pregnant in the summer. (Update: they were great postpartum with swelling, too.) Even not pregnant, they just feel amazing! Charles has taken them for himself a few times. They sold out so many times when I shared them on IG stories because they are just that good. Trust me.

If you missed it, you can check out my first trimester essentials & second trimester essentials for all the items that helped get me through pregnancy & all the symptoms it brings up. I can’t believe we’re at the end now & we can meet our little one any minute now. If you are in the midst of putting your registry together, check out our baby registry to help! Please let me know if you have any questions or I can help in any way. Hang in there, mamas to be! XO
