New year, new fitness goals. Right? I feel like fitness related goals or resolutions are one of the most popular each year. With more of us working out at home now than ever, it’s important to have some equipment on hand to keep yourself feeling challenged. I’ve been mostly working out at home for years, so I’ve acquired quite a bit of equipment as I’ve rotated through different workouts. I thought today it would be helpful to share some of the at home fitness equipment I love with you all for anyone wanting to step up their at home workouts in 2021.

My most used at home fitness equipment pieces are probably the bala bangles, the core cushion, the extra thick yoga mat, ankle weights, & the dumbbells. I use these in different home workouts I do including Melissa Wood Health, P.Volve, The Sculpt Society, & others. Do you have a favorite at home workout? I’d love to know if so! I love trying new ones to switch it up. We plan to turn our garage that we never park inside in to a larger at home gym so I can get a treadmill & Charles can finally get a bench!
