Hellooo Friday! For a short work week, this somehow seemed like a long one. I’m oh so excited to see the weekend after just four work days. This weekend is a fun one for me, because it’s a four day weekend! We have snow days built in to our school schedule in case of bad weather, but since we didn’t have any snow this year, we get the days off. The students and teachers are already out for summer, but I’m really excited for the extra days off for a little preview of summer. Speaking of summer, today I am talking about one of the biggest summer trends. In addition to polka dots, high waisted swim suits are one trend I am seeing every where and for good reason.
This style of swimsuit is oh so flattering. I don’t know about you, but after a few days of fun or a couple cocktails, my stomach is not as flat or toned as it may be, so having a suit that keeps it all looking good in all the right places is the best option. I think all girls can relate no matter your size, body type, or lifestyle, so having a suit like this that you can throw on and still feel good on is essential.

I am so excited because Highland Park Housekeeping is coming to our place to clean it in the morning, which means I get to come home to a perfectly clean home. Is there anything better? I can’t wait to go pick up some fresh flowers, light some candles, and enjoy it!! It’s a little thing, but it will be a perfect start to a relaxing weekend. We have a party for some friends who are engaged on Saturday and otherwise, don’t have too many big plans, which I love.
