Similar to when I shared my first trimester recap & first trimester essentials post, I wanted to follow yesterday’s post with my second trimester essentials. These are all the things that helped me make it through the sweet spot months of pregnancy! Some are the same as the first trimester & some are new depending on my symptoms. Getting comfortable to sleep is definitely becoming more of a challenge, so I have loved my pregnancy pillow more than ever. My workouts have definitely slowed down (read more on my pregnancy workout routine), so the one pound weights are a necessity. I use them on my wrists & ankles. As the belly grows, so does my need for the oil! I’m definitely going through more of it now that it has more surface area to cover.
