It feels like September is flying by. I can’t believe next week we will be halfway through! Today is obviously a day that brings up so much from the past. I remember being in Ceramics class when I heard about the tragedy of 09/11. I’ve visited the museum in NYC & it is such a powerful, yet so heartbreaking. I highly recommend going if you ever get the chance! Since today is Friday, that means it is time for another edition of The Weekly Lo Down. Which self tanner did you say doesn’t smell bad?
I’ve been obsessed with this one. You apply like you would lotion (circular motions is key for no streaks) & then wash your hands after. It gives the most natural, gradual color.

What was the stuff you put in your water that makes you more hydrated?
Liquid IV! My discount code is: ALOPROFILE. They have several flavors + individual packets (which I love to be able to keep them accessible). Adding one of these to your water is like drinking three glasses instead of one. I was initially unsure because it has sugar in it, but a friend who is a dietician explained that it actually helps with hydration. Same reason there is sugar in a lot of sports drinks.
What mascara do you use?
I’ve been using this one lately. I switch my mascaras up all the time! I think the primer I use is key + a good lash serum.
Cold Weather date tops/dresses.
I personally love a cute & sexy cami with a moto jacket over it. This top is also so pretty (& you can layer a coat over it) + the back is so cute. I love this dress or this little dress with a jacket over it.

I thought today would be a wonderful opportunity to share the 9/11 Memorial & Museum as a cause to donate to. This helps sustain the memorial & museum in NYC. There are so many amazing stories shared in the museum & so many incredible families + first responders honored there. It is a great cause to support & an incredible place to visit if you have the opportunity.
