This has been quite the week! A lot of comfort food, wine, & online shopping has been happening at our house to cope with high feelings of stress. I’ve also been implementing a ton of my positive ways to deal with anxiety, too & making sure I take my CBD every day or double up as needed. You all are on the same page as me that you are looking for positivity & a little escape when you turn to social media (or blogs), so I am here to provide it for you all! I do this sometimes when I sort of make up my own as I go. However, if I am following someone else’s workout plan specifically, I am not going to type those out. I look at that almost like stealing or giving away their content for free. I do put my own workouts together inspired by others sometimes so I can share those more often! I know everyone isn’t here for workout content, but tons of you are– so I’ll try to keep a good balance!
