All day lingerie has been a big trend and now, bustier tops are showing up more and more. If you’re following me on Instagram, then you may have seen this adorable white one I posted last week before heading out to dinner. This black one comes in a mauve color that is so gorgeous, too and the price point on it is much more everyday affordable compared to the white one! This is such a good date night top. I ordered a small in this top, but could have probably sized down to an XS to keep it held up a little better.
These block heels are my absolute favorite right now. I keep looking at other colors to buy because they are so insanely comfortable compared to other pairs of heels. The wider heel gives more support so they are easier to walk in. I linked my exact pair, which comes in eleven colors and are under $100, but these are almost identical and also come in ELEVEN colors. They are just under $120 though, so a little bit more than mine, but still an awesome price.
I added this layered gold chocker necklace for a little bling, then this more casual white satchel bag to keep my outfit effortless and fresh for Spring. I originally borrowed this bag from a friend and loved the detailing on this bag so much, I grabbed it for myself. It also comes in a gorgeous tan/cognac color and is a great size for day or night. It’s also an awesome price point!

This Easter weekend was so great! I had Friday off so I was able to be really productive. Saturday morning I had a shoot, then ran a few quick errands before Charles and I took Maddie to the dog park/bar, Mutts to celebrate her first birthday! She got some fun new presents and some dog custard + peanut butter treats. That night we went to a couples shower for some friends and I went to bed decently early in preparation for our Easter Sunday.
Sunday we woke up super early and went to a sunrise church service in East Dallas. They do their Easter service outside under a big tent in a park/field across the street. We helped one of my best guy friend’s from seventh grade propose. His now fiancé has become one of my best girl friends through them dating and it was so much fun to be a part of! We kept the ring and brought it to church service so she didn’t catch him with it that morning, then I used needing to take an outfit picture of my Easter dress as a way for us to walk away from the crowd. This way, I had my camera out and ready so when he started to propose to her, I could take photos for them. It was so much fun to get to be a part of and I’m still just SO excited for them. It’s a fun time to be engaged as some of your friends and know all the fun festivities that they will have to look forward to! We celebrated over mimosas with them before they went to a big family lunch and Charles and I came home to cook a big breakfast afterwards. We took a much needed long nap, went on a family walk with our pup, and cooked dinner together. We also started watching 13 Reasons Why on Netflix, which is SO good! I hope that you had such a wonderful Easter or Passover weekend with family and friends and are ready to conquer another week. XO
