Whoever invented activewear and athleisure is really a hero. I love pieces that go from the gym to errands seamlessly, or even those that you just wear around during the day because they are so comfortable and effortless. I live in activewear in the summer when I’m off work and can be more casual. Today, I’m sharing this cute activewear look and talking about how you can live out loud everyday.

This look is by Lolë, which stands for Live Out Loud Every Day. I love the meaning behind this brand! They believe that wellness is a lifestyle, which I completely agree on. I always talk about how health needs to be a series of lifestyle changes and habits, but I also think it’s all about balance. I love wearing all black when I workout, because I feel like its a little calorie or fat funeral. Haha Really though, I just feel like I can kick some butt in all black.

I wore this look riding bike riding around Dallas recently. We have so many amazing trails and bikes that you can pick up, rent, and drop off wherever you want, so that makes it so convenient. It was more of a day activity and a way to get in some movement while being productive and grabbing lunch than a super hard workout, but that made it more fun. This sports bra has the cutest back detail on it, has a four way stretch, is UPF (Ultraviolet Protective Factor) 35+, moisture wicking, and fits really well. It’s also eco-conscious and adheres to the bluesign © standard, which is built around five principles- resource productivity, consumer safety, air emission, water emission, and occupational health and safety. I’m wearing a small, but also could have sized up to a medium.

I am obsessed with how these leggings fit, too. They are made so well and the material just holds everything in just right and are so comfortable while also being moisture-wicking! Plus, Lolë uses their COOLMAX ® ALL SEASON as a lining, which is a technology that helps transport moisture away from the body to keep you cool on dry and hot days. Perfect for these insane Texas summers! The fiber structures also provide warmth on colder days, which helps optimize performance. I love that they come in eight different colors, too!

This top is a super light weight and breezy fabric, which I love because I don’t like my top half to feel too constricted when working out. It’s also eco-conscious and the fabric is OEKO-TEX ® certified. This certification follows strict guidelines regarding waste water purification, exhaust air emissions waste management, use of environmentally compatible technologies, optimization of the use of energy, workplace hygiene and safety, and satisfaction of social criteria.

I’ve really been wanting a travel yoga mat and I just added this one to my cart. I want to have one with me when I’m on the go so I’m more likely to be active when I’m traveling. Even if I just use it to stretch out after a long day of travel, it’s something and will help me feel better! Their bags are perfect for travel or every day use, too. I love that mine can be worn as a tote bag or as a back pack. It also has a front pocket that unzips which can fit a yoga mat in it! We’re taking it to France with us to carry stuff around during the day, but I’ll also use it as a gym bag when I’m on the go back home.

All of their dresses are just so effortless looking. I also LOVE the jumpsuit with the cute back detail! The leggings and bras fit so well, too. I find that they run TTS (true to size) for me.
