Happy Friday, friends! This week has been a busy one. I’m leaving town for 5 nights on Sunday & that has made me feel like I’m running around like crazy getting ready. It’s funny to look back on how much I used to travel before COVID. It really can be very stressful! The perspective after stopping so much has been great. Regardless, I’m excited for a change of scenery & a road trip! Before we head in to the weekend, I wanted to share another edition of The Weekly Lo Down with you all. I found this French wine bottle riddling rack & I can’t stop thinking about it. I love the vintage feel! I have no idea where I would put it in our house, but I’m trying to find a spot because I love it so much.
Have you all seen all the rage about this pan online? It’s supposed to be able to replace 8 different ones in your kitchen. I’m thinking we need it to see what all the hype is about! I’d love to know your thoughts if you have it. I also think it would make a great gift!

I told you all I got this new curling iron on Amazon Prime Day. I’ve been loving it so far! I had been using a 1 inch & got a 1.25 inch & have been loving the subtle change. The curls last so long & it heats up super quick.
Have a Fall wedding coming up? This dress is a splurge, but OMG it is stunning. I wish I had an occasion coming up to give me a reason to splurge on it.

Nonfiction books you recommend that are towards Psychology?
I am a huge fan of any sort of ‘self help’ book that helps me make improvements in my daily life! These are all sort of Psychology based because they involve personal growth & change. I have some recent recommendations here & here + will work on an updated post for this season. I am currently reading 7 Habits of Highly Effective People.

Share the Love
Since it is October, which is breast cancer awareness month, I wanted to share the Breast Cancer Research Foundation as this week’s charitable cause to consider supporting. Breast cancer has affected so many people & families. It’s such a horrible thing & I know that the BCRF does so much to help further what we know about it so we can prevent, respond earlier, & have better treatments when someone is diagnosed.
