Happy Friday, friends! I hope you all had a great week & are looking forward to the weekend. My Dad is still fighting COVID in the hospital unfortunately. We are hoping that the plasma antibody treatments he started help provide some relief, soon. It’s been a stressful few weeks. I’m a big believer that your energy & attitude impact everything, so I’m choosing to stay positive. You can’t change what happens to you, but you can change how you react. To cope, I’ve been going on daily walks just to disconnect with a pod cast, music, or talking to a friend. It’s so helpful for me! I’m always looking for positive ways to deal with anxiety or even better, ways to be proactive & help prevent it.
We are going to spend Saturday with my two best friends at the pool so we can relax a bit. Whatever you all have in store for the weekend, stay safe! It is going to be over 100 degrees every day in Texas next week, so I just ordered more workout shorts. First, these workout shorts that I can’t wait to get in.
